We’re looking for an organized, service-oriented person for the position of Administrative Assistant. This person will work up to 20 hours per week in support of the Sales and Service Teams in connection with the Company's Digital Billboard service.
Status: Temp to perm (1099—non-employee)
Location: Flexible; From home (75%), in Glen Ellyn, IL 60137 (25%)
Hours: Up to 20 hours per week, flexible according to your schedule
Responsibilities
• Record daily expenses into QuickBooks software
• Process customer orders for Sales Team; report them to Customer Service Team
• Answer and route incoming phone calls; take messages from callers
• Maintain paper-based files
• Prepare, produce, and distribute documents to various staff members
• Order supplies and track inventories using approved vendors
• Send information to prospects by email, fax, or mail
• Receive support requests from clients; transmit them to Deployment Team
Required
• Experience working for a small business
• Clear, pleasant phone voice and demeanor
• Time management skills
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Organization and multi-tasking ability
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and QuickBooks
• Outstanding attitude and positive mindset
• Ability to work from home 75% of the time
A resume is required, and 1–2 years experience is preferred. Be prepared to discuss your work experiences and professional goals. Must provide business and personal character references.
Compensation
This is a 1099/contract position (non-employee), payable at an hourly rate.
